Making A Purchase – Making a purchase could not be easier. Either place your order over the phone with our experienced staff or browse our online store and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Add to basket” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept all major debit, credit cards & Paypal or click and collect in store.

Refunds Policy – If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied by RG Baits LLP, they are faulty or they are not as we described on our website, they can be returned to RG Baits as long as you contact a member of staff by phone on 01709 878281 within 24 hours of your goods being delivered.

To enable us to replace, exchange or credit your goods they must be returned to RG Baits within 3 working days of a member of our staff agreeing they can be returned to us.

If the condition of the goods you receive is faulty, or are not as we’ve described on the website, we’ll pay for the postage and the goods can be sent back to T & B Feeds  for replacement or a credit.
