Deliveries are back to normal

FAQ –

Can I pick my order up from the factory? Can I call down without placing an order or ringing before hand?

Yes, we are once again able to offer this service, we just ask you follow the procedure wrote above.

How can I place an order? Will my delivery arrive?

Orders can either be placed using our online store or over the phone by contacting 01709 878281

Here at RG Baits we pride ourselves on our customer service and short lead times, this being once your orders is placed we aim for it to arrive with you the next day if ordered before 12 and the products are in stock, but up to a maximum of five working days for freezer bait and bespoke bait orders (we will contact you if the order will take more than three working days to produce). We are partnered with the courier service ParcelForce and rely on the fantastic work they are doing in this tricky time. Please be aware that some Parcelforce depots are extremely busy at this time and orders are taking an extra day to arrive. You will receive a text message from the driver that is delivering your parcel advising you on an arrival time. If wishing to track your parcel please us the following link.

What are RG Baits doing to ensure the safety of its colleagues?

We have hygiene protocols in place and these measures have been heightened during this period and will continue to be monitored and adjusted inline with Public Health England and Government guidance. We also have safety guidelines in place for you if you wish to enter our unit, these you must adhere to.

Is it possible to reduce contact with the delivery driver when they deliver my parcel?

Yes. RG Baits delivery associates ParcelForce have been advised to reduce contact with customers, this may include placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, which is usually the case with ParcelForce, the driver will complete the check at a distance. They will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures. Drivers will instead log the first and last name of the person accepting the item, then put ‘XP1’ in the signature field, and we will record the geolocation of the delivery. This will apply to all deliveries that normally require a signature.
