Going over to France at what is the end of the holiday season can always be a tricky time. The fish have quite possibly taken a hammering and seen every trick in the book, but one thing is for sure, you know they they are going to be at there biggest!
That is exactly what kept Dan Cotton going as he enjoyed a tough trip over at the ‘Aquarium’ lake in France. Having fished it numerous times over the years, Dan knew plenty about the lake and knew what he had to do to be successful once again.
Dan used a mixture of 15mm and 18mm ‘The Formula + Arctic Crab’ boilie, coated in matching liquid food and dusted off with ‘Maxi-mussel’ amino feed stimulant powder. Amongst his free offerings he present a ‘Club Tropicana’ hookbait. Dan tallied up a few fish but the highlight of the week was this absolute amazing looking jet black 43lbs mirror. Stunning, you have to agree!
