SUSSING THE SITCH
A kind invite had Joules Humm traveling to R.H. Fisheries ‘The Sitch’ Lake for a little social. The weeks fishing began slow so a plan was needed and that plan was to move to a bay in the corner of the lake and a switch tactics. Joules swapped from pop-up rigs to wafter rigs, which enabled him to present his bait closer to the deck. The result was three fish being bagged in the last 24 hours of his session, with the best being one of the A Team of the lake, a fish know as the A.C. Fish at a very respectable 42.8lb which was a lovely end to great week.
All three fish fell to Smoke & Syrup Wafters from the Primary Range with a little and often top up of ‘Vita-lac’ boilie being applied over the top by means of the throwing stick.
