Scar Common
Rik Johnson recently paid a visit to Elsons lake on the Stanwick complex in Northamptonshire. Armed with his favourite ‘The Formula + Arctic Crab’. He presented a balanced 12mm bottom bait to a area he saw a fish show that afternoon. Under the cover of darkness, Rik spombed out a 2kg mixture of matching liquidized and crumbed boilies, mixed with matching pellets covered with Bloodworm and Daphnia liquid. The following morning one of the lakes oldest and most elusive carp known as “Scar” couldn’t resist the mix for its breakfast.
