James Day located his quarry in the centre of the lake, having had a walk round the lake, James stood in a peg for half an hour and came up with a plan of attack!
Having decided on fishing a unpopular peg, which enabled James to fish smack bang in the middle of the main shoal that he located.
Pinging out solid bags filled with ‘Prime’ stickmix and pellets soaked in there dedicated bait soak was the way forward. It wasn’t long before James was in battle with a rather large mirror that went up on the scales at 40.4lbs, making it a great return to his Lincolnshire syndicate!
