A hard week on the ‘Heron’ lake over on the ‘Abbey Complex’ in France was rewarded by this stunning chunk of a mirror for Rich Jennings. With gin clear water and weed nearly up to the top, it was always going to be a slog to find some presentable areas.
Finding something half decent, Rich went in with a single yellow ‘365
’ wafter, followed by a helping of hemp and maize. The result being this 43lbs mirror and one a little smaller. When the fishing is tough, it only takes one bite to make a week.
