5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (under UK distance selling regulations), except for perishable products such as live bait.

  • Returns: We can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging due to the perishable nature of fishing bait.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of returned goods, using the original payment method.

6. Consumer Rights

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
