Dan Partridge

I first met Dan on Northey Park, where he was quietly ticking off target fish and making it look effortless. What I didn’t see at the time was the preparation behind it all — the hours spent travelling to pre-bait small, tucked-away spots, subtly drawing his quarry away from prying eyes.

Dan is a thinking angler: strategic, disciplined, and incredibly precise. Often choosing to fish just a single rod, he would slip in, execute his plan to perfection, land his target, and be gone in a blink. No fuss. No noise. Just results.

Neat, tidy, and exceptionally accurate in everything he does, Dan’s approach is built on preparation and intent rather than luck. I learnt a great deal from him that season on Northey, and it’s a privilege to have such a capable and dedicated angler flying the RG flag.
