    The e-gift is sent to your chosen recipient by email. For each e-gift you wish to purchase, complete the form below and add to the cart.

    E-gift cards are excluded from offers and promotional codes.
  • Delivery and returns

    We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days from the date your order is placed.

    Once your order leaves our factory, it is sent via our trusted courier partners using a next-day delivery service.

    You’ll receive an email confirming when to expect your delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel, as all deliveries require a signature.

    If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card with your consignment number and contact details for your local depot. You’ll need to arrange a new delivery date or collection directly with the courier. Please note that RG Baits cannot be held responsible for goods left uncollected or delayed in transit.

    If your order fails to arrive on time, or you do not receive a delivery card, please contact us within 24 hours at 01709 878281 so we can resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified within this timeframe.

    Damaged Parcels

    If your parcel is externally damaged, please ask the driver to note the damage before signing. If you discover internal damage after opening your parcel, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter.

    Returns & Exchanges

    At RG Baits, we want every order to meet your expectations. If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a return or exchange.


    Eligibility

    Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible.
